Customize organization-wide branding

Organization section of the account portal.

  • Organization Name
    • This is the name of your school, company or organization. It is used in multiple places across Ditto.
  • Organization Tech Support Information
    • This information is displayed to users if they're experiencing technical difficulties. It should clearly explain how to contact a help desk or administrator.
  • Room Codes
    • This setting changes the type of room codes that are generated when new rooms are added. When "Use Alphanumeric Codes" is enabled, codes like a1b2c3 are generated instead of readable English words.
