Using Ditto with PowerPoint on Windows 8.1, 10 and 11
There are multiple ways to present from PowerPoint on Windows using Ditto.
Note:
PowerPoint must be visible on your desktop for Ditto to see the PowerPoint files properly.
Mirroring PowerPoint on Windows 8.1, 10, and 11
Mirroring PowerPoint will display slides both on your Desktop and on the Ditto receiver.
- Launch Ditto and PowerPoint
- In Ditto, choose Specific Application and then select PowerPoint
- In Ditto, choose “Start Sharing”
- Start the slideshow in PowerPoint (Press F5)


Use Presenter View with Ditto on Windows 8.1, 10, and 11
Utilizing presenter mode for a presentation will display slides on the Ditto receiver and Presenter View on your computer.
Note:
Windows 8.1 and Windows 10/11 user interfaces vary slightly, but the instructions below are the same for both platforms.
- Press the Windows key and type “Project”
- Select the “Connect to a Projector” option in the menu
- Select the Extend option - The display will flash while initializing the virtual display
- Launch Ditto and PowerPoint
- In Ditto, choose Specific Application > PowerPoint
- In Ditto, choose “Start Sharing”
- Start the slideshow in PowerPoint (Press F5)
- Start the slideshow in PowerPoint (Press F5)
