Applying settings to individual or multiple digital signage items

There are multiple settings that can be applied to multiple or individual signage items in your Ditto account. These settings will allow you to better customize your digital signage items presented on Ditto Receivers.

• Duration
• Duplicate
• Hide
• Move
• Delete

• Scheduling multiple digital signage items

  Step 1: Log into the Ditto Account Portal and click the "Signage" tab 

  Step 2: Open the list and select the Signage Items tab 

  Step 3: Select multiple items by checking the boxes then select Schedule

  

  Step 4: Toggle the Schedule setting 

  

  

  Step 5: Toggle the desired scheduling option for the list then select Save. 

  

  Success!

  The entire signage list will now display signage items during the selected dates, time, and/or days selected

  Scheduling individual digital signage items

  Step 1: Log into the Ditto Account Portal and click the "Signage" tab 

  Step 2: Open the list and select the Signage Items tab 

  Step 3: Click the feature menu icon next to an item then select Schedule

  

  

  Step 4: Toggle the Schedule setting 

  

  

  Step 5: Toggle the desired scheduling option for the list then select Save. 

  

  Success!

  The individual signage item will now display during the selected dates, time, and/or days selected

• Setting the Duration of multiple signage items

  Step 1: Log into the Ditto Account Portal and click the "Signage" tab 

  Step 2: Open the list and select the Signage Items tab 

  Step 3: Select multiple items by checking the boxes then select Duration

  

  Step 4: Select the duration time for the selected items then select Save

  

  Note:

  There are methods to change the duration of a signage item: 

  • selecting the UP or Down arrows 

  

  • Selecting the number to quickly adjust the duration time 

  

  Success!

  You will now see the items updated with the new duration time.

Step 3: Select the three dots icon next to an item then select Duration

Step 4: Select the duration time for the selected item then select Save
